Female Brew Fest

South Florida’s first EVER beer festival celebrating women in the brewing industry on Memorial Day Weekend (May 28, 2017) in Fat Village Art District. A craft beer festival for ALL beer lovers (men included)…It will host a large selection of Female run Breweries plus various vendors, music and a selection of artisanal food pairings from local female run establishments. The FemAle Brew Fest is unique because of its focus. Aside from beer, the event will be celebrating the female experts and brewsters in the popular craft beer movement — making this the first and only festival of its kind in the US. Why is it the first? According to a Stanford University study out of 1,700 active breweries surveyed, only 4% had a female head brewer or brewmaster so beer festivals typically have very little female run breweries present. femalebrewfest.com
