A Spooktacular Cause
The 16th Annual Signature Grand Ghoul Presented by Calvin Giordano & Associates benefitting 2-1-1 Broward returns on Monday, October 30th at 7pm! Signature Grand will be transformed into a spooktacular mansion. Guests will enjoy gourmet food, open bar, specialty drinks and an opportunity to dance the night away. Hosted by former Miami Dolphins Player O.J. McDuffie and Kavita Chane, VIP TV Host, additional highlights of the evening include a costume contest, live entertainment and the opportunity to mingle with local celebrities and former professional athletes. Dream Makers and Mega-Yachts
The 30th Annual Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County Rendezvous founded by Rita & Rick Case will be celebrated at the Fisher Island Club on November 9 – 11, featuring the signature “Dine Around the Docks” Yacht Hop. On Saturday, November 11, the Mandarin Oriental Hotel on Brickell Key will host the event’s formal Gala with a live performance by Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County alumnus and American Pop Singer, Jason Derulo and an opening performance by Kendra Erika. Food and Football Score Big for Charity
Food, football and charity will collide during the eighth annual John Offerdahl’s Gridiron Grill-Off Food & Wine Festival presented by the University of Miami Health System on Saturday, November 11 from 1– 4 p.m. at the Pompano Beach Amphitheater. This South Florida tradition offers foodies and football fans an all-inclusive pass to enjoy signature entrees prepared by top chefs paired with NFL legends while raising funds to help feed the needs of those in crisis. Event attendees will immerse in an openair playground to sample mouthwatering dishes, premium wines and spirits, and mingle with football players and chefs. A panel of judges and all guests will vote for the 2017 Judges Choice and Fan Favorite award. Participating restaurants include JWB Prime Steak & Seafood, Naked Crab, Pelican Landing, S3 Restaurant, Sky Thai Sushi and more. A Night of Hope
The Seventh Annual Gala of Hope will be held on Thursday, November 16th at The W Hotel. There will be a rooftop cocktail hour commencing at 7:00 p.m., followed by the main event in the ballroom at 8:30 p.m. The annual night of luxurious indulgence will feature a premium open bar, delectable hors d’oeuvres, live entertainment, a deluxe silent auction, and a not-to-be missed raffle including a $5,000 JR Dunn shopping spree and a weekend in a Jaguar. Long-time Gala of Hope supporters, Chad Everett and Jacqueline Johnson from Galaxy Productions will be presented with the Champion for SMA Award. Broadway on the Water
Enjoy the Greatest Show on H2O as the Seminole Hard Rock Winterfest Boat Parade celebrates 46 years with the theme “Broadway on Parade.” 100 decorated vessels ranging from mega yachts to paddle boats will entertain 12 miles of waterway on Saturday, December 9th starting with the preshow at 6 p.m. and the parade at 6:30 p.m.
The route starts at Stranahan House, Fort Lauderdale and travels on the intracoastal to Lake Santa Barbara, Pompano Beach. One million spectators and millions more will watch on WSVN Channel 7 or online. Fans will see their photos on the Social Media Boat by using #WinterfestFL17.
