The Hyatt Regency in Miami will be welcoming back IronFork, a chef competition and tasting event. If you’re a #foodie make sure to mark this one on your calendar. Chefs from well-known SoFlo restaurants come to this grand food event to make apps, desserts and everything in between. Attendees will be invited to taste and devour these carefully curated dishes and excite their taste buds. Live entertainment and music will also be provided to add extra spice to this already full plate.
Goosebumps and Ghosts
Get ready to run, scream and hide! Get ready to be terrified! South Florida Fairgrounds hosts Fright Nights annually and 2017 makes its 16th anniversary. Head over for this event’s sweet 16 to experience the four creepy haunted houses it has to offer. The special effects, dedicated actors, and carefully designed mazes are all sure to promise goosebumps and screams. Additionally, the event provides carnival rides and food to enjoy after getting your adrenaline going.

Located at the Broward Convention Center, Fitexpo will have “gym rats” and fitness enthusiasts alike flocking from all over. 200 vendors will provide products, memberships and tips related to fitness. Pros such as Massy Arias and Kali Muscle will be present to take questions and meet fans. And if you still need tips getting your routine down, free classes and cooking demos will be available to get you on the right track. Be a part of the action with activities like powerlifting competitions, dodgeball and strongman. This is not an event you want to miss!
