Eating healthy maybe your first step, then comes exercise; better sleeping habits wellness is the whole package. A diet is not the answer; you want to make the eating healthy into a lifestyle lifelong habit.

Here are a few tips to get you on a better path:

– Drinking water ½ your body weight in pounds (150lb = 75oz water) more in hotter climate and if you exercise.

– Eliminate white carbohydrates (rice, bread, cereal, cakes, cookies and sugars) eat only healthy whole grains before 2pm.

– Increase your vegetables and fruits; think the color of the rainbow, the more colors your have on your plates the better.

-Pick lean protein, beans and healthy good fats over processed packed, convenience food.
