As the new kid on the block, B Square Burgers & Booze is a unique cutting-edge, casual concept bringing creative burgers, fresh salads and much more. Offering al fresco dining, we choose to sit indoors on a balmy night and began our culinary adventure with a wonderful array of eclectic delights. With more than a dozen burgers made with a proprietary blend of all-natural, antibiotic and hormone-free beef, fresh seafood, produce and other specialty ingredients, we indulged in some B-Bite. Amazing Shaved Brussels with a mint-cranberry infused true, roasted beet and agave vinaigrette on a quinoa kale cake as well as tender Tommy’s Turkey Meatballs drenched in pomodoro sauce, pesto an fresh farmers’ ricotta. Luscious Szechuan-Style Shrimp and Calamari are lightly dusted and served with sweet and spicy Thai chili glaze, soy caramel, candied peanuts and radish sprouts. The Sweet and Salty chips covered in bourbon bacon, Maytag blue cheese and drizzled with a balsamic glaze are irresistible.

Crispy Jumbo Chicken Wings, features unique flavors such as PB + J, with creamy peanut butter & jelly. Fresh salads are abundant and we loved the flavorful combination of the Crackling Calamari Salad with frisée, radicchio, endive, toasted cashews, diced bananas, lightly fried calamari and orange poppy dressing. However, you can also put together your own creation from the “Make Your Marc” salad bar menu, which offers an endless variety of combinations. B-Mini Sliders are perfect to share of short rib, with blue cheese fondue, salmon with creamy grain mustard aioli or b-burger with bacon jalapeno jam.


If you’re a burger lover, then you must dive into the juicy Dad Bod, topped with melted Maytag blue, truffle mushroom, purple caramelized onions and a sunny-side up fried egg or the amazing Phat Boy burger sandwiched between American and cheddar grilled cheese sandwiches with bacon, lettuce and tomato. They are like nothing you’ve ever seen. Ko-B-Dogsare made exclusively from American Kobe beef and offer the outrageous Decadent Dog, a foot-long hot dog with truffle oil, sautéed lobster and garlic butter, served with parmesan fries or the Hot Dogma, a foot-long hot dog topped with hot pastrami, sauerkraut, melted cheddar and chopped pickles.

B-Cheesy sandwiches are simply too good to pass up and the Cheesy Trio of goat cheese, chunky American and fig jam or the Katzy’s Juben piled high with hot pastrami, roasted pork, white cheddar, pickles, mayo and Russian dressing. You can decide if it’s a Rueben or Cuban! The simply perfect Mac-N-Cheesy is served with a rich blend of cheeses, corn and panko crumbs, but when you add the lobster with truffle oil or bacon and chorizo, you take it to the next level of deliciousness.

Main Plates such as the 22-Minute Pork Chop, a 14-ounce pork chop roasted with sweet and hot cherry peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, exotic mushrooms, balsamic reduction with potato lasagna and charred asparagus is cooked to perfection. On the lighter side, the Chicken Las Olas, lightly breaded breast, topped with arugula and tomato salad with shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano and a lemon yogurt caper sauce, was wonderful. Save room…the delicious warm apple tart or fresh orange layer cake are a perfect sweet ending.
