Butterfly Effect

Try this month’s cocktail made with a smooth tasting tequila combined with orgeat, a sweet syrup made from blanched almonds; rose or orange flower water, and sugar. A well-balanced concoction with added citric juice and lavender bitters—perfect for springtime.

• 2 oz. Casamigos Blanco Tequila
• 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
• .75 oz. butterfly pea infused syrup
• .25 oz. orgeat syrup
• 2 dashes lavender bitters
• Add a fresh sage and lavender sprig for garnish

Combine all ingredients into tin shaker and add ice. Shake vigorously, then strain into a rocks glass. Next, add a large ice block and garnish with fresh sage and lavender sprig. Cheers!
