Let’s celebrate Halloween with this Candy Corn Martini! A tasty and sinful layered martini that will surely get your guests into the Halloween spirit!
1 1/2 oz. Whipped cream vodka
3 oz. Sour mix
2 oz. Pineapple juice
1/2 oz. Grenadine
3-5 oz. Whipped cream
Decorating sugar, or nonpareils Corn Syrup
PREPARATION: To rim the glass for an added touch of decoration, dip the rim of a martini glass in a shallow dish of corn syrup, then dip into a shallow dish of decorating sugar or nonpareils. Let dry for 2 minutes, then refrigerate to chill the martini glass.
DECORATION: In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine the whipped cream vodka, the sour mix, and the pineapple juice, and then shake well until well chilled. Then, strain into the chilled martini glass. Carefully pour in the grenadine so it settles at the bottom of the glass. Top with whipped cream, and enjoy!
