Bangkok to Miami
EST.33 That Craft brewery & Kitchen offers Asian flavors combined with modern American barbeque. This microbrewery is located on the fourth floor of Brickell City Center. This restaurant showcases a harmonious blend of Eastern and Western cultures with a delectable selection of familiar meat, seafood, and vegetable dishes cooked to perfection with exotic spices and flavors. Some of the must-have beers brewed in-house include the Legend Lager, favored in Thailand for its golden body and refreshing blend of malted barley. The 33 Pale Ale balances a bitter-citrus character to result in notes of lime and passion fruit. Or opt from a wide selection of crafted cocktails. For guests who can’t choose just one, beer flights are always available.

Tasty Thai
After my guest and I were seated at our table, we ordered two hand-crafted cocktails. My guest ordered the Malakor, made with lemongrass and Thai-infused Hornitos tequila, Banhez mezcal, tamarind and kaffir lime syrup, lime, Thai chili bitters, and papaya. I ordered the Birdcage, made with Cruzan white and dark rum, orange Curaçao, Campari, orgeat, lime, pineapple shrub, and grapefruit soda. My cocktail was refreshing with the citrusy tastes of lime, pineapple, and grapefruit soda. Next, for the appetizer, we ordered the Red Curry Crab Croquettes, which are fried and made with tender crab meat and bold and spicy red curry. For our main course, we shared the Chinese Char Siu Pork Rib, which is slowly cooked, rotisserie smoked with hickory wood, and served with pickles and steamed buns. We also shared an order of Fried Rice. EST.33’s Fried Rice contains fragrant Thai basil, mushrooms, bean sprouts, egg, and scallions. The combination of all the flavors worked perfectly together. They also offer Pad Thai of your choice of vegetables, chicken, or shrimp.

Savory Sweets
EST.33 currently has four different desserts to choose from. I opted for the Banana and Chocolate Spring Rolls that come with shaved coconut and condensed milk dipping sauce. I absolutely loved the flavors of chocolate and banana together, and the crispy spring roll made it all the more enjoyable. The condensed milk dipping sauce is sweet and tasty as well. The other desserts to choose from are the Mango Coconut Sticky Rice, made with lime coconut milk, the Thai Black Rice Pudding served with exotic fruits, and Ice Creams & Sorbet.
