1 1/5 oz. Barceló Añejo Rum
3/4 oz. Lime juice
1 slice Papaya fruit, muddled
3/4 oz. All-Spice infusion sugar
GARNISH: Slice of papaya and mint leaves
First muddle papaya fruit with lime juice. Then, add Barceló Añejo Rum and the All-Spice infusion sugar and shake well. Next, strain over crushed ice, and garnish with a slice of papaya and mint leaves. Cheers!
