Immerse yourself in sophistication as you walk into RH West Palm, an upscale gallery filled with luxury home furnishings and more. To get to RH Rooftop Restaurant, you can choose to take the stairs or the elevator. My guest and I opted to make our way up the stairs— there were beautiful mirrors framed in gold on the walls and gorgeous chandeliers above. Once we reached the RH Rooftop Restaurant on the fourth floor, I was in awe of how beautiful the glass-and- steel atrium was decorated amidst a trickling water fountain, glimmering chandeliers, heritage olive trees, and scenic views.
RH Rooftop Restaurant features an ingredient-driven menu accompanied by a selection of craft beers and artisanal wines along with an array of classic American dishes. Once the hostess took us to our table our waiter promptly greeted us with menus and water. We started the evening by ordering a couple of glasses of RH Bellinis made with Prosecco and peach purée. For our entrée, I ordered the Broiled Salmon and my guest ordered the Lobster Roll. The entrées are all a la carte, meaning you must select a side separately. The Broiled Salmon arrived well-prepared with honey, melted brown butter, black pepper, and lemon. I chose the Simple Green Salad as a side, which came with a citrus vinaigrette that complemented the salmon. The Lobster Roll is one of their many popular items. It comes with chunks of lobster in drawn butter, Old Bay, and mayonnaise— all delicately placed in between buttery toasted buns. The lobster was impeccably cooked and seasoned well. We also ordered the lightly crispy French fries that are served with garlic aioli. It was truly an exquisite meal.
After having a great meal, it was time to order something sweet. My guest and I shared the Salted Chocolate Chip Cookies. Once we tried these cookies, we were surprised by how well the salt balanced out the sweet! I also ordered a cup of cappuccino for the perfect dessert combination. We enjoyed the panoramic sunset and our Instagram-worthy pics! We will definitely return to try more dishes and take even more pictures.
