Seafood Paella

Try this internationally-known rice dish from Spain. This quick and simple seafood paella will surely hit the right spot.

• 1/2 Maine lobster tail
• 1 lb. black tiger shrimp
• 1/2 lb. clams
• 1/2 lb. mussels
• 1 chicken breast filet
• 1/2 lb. chorizo sausage
• 2 cups of rice
• 1 tsp. saffron
• 1 small diced onion
• 1 diced small pepper
• 2 diced tomatoes
• 3 cloves of chopped garlic
• 1/4 cup green peas
• 2 qt. seafood stock
• 1 tsp. salt and white pepper
• 1/4 cups extra virgin olive oil

First, add olive oil to a hot pan and sauté onions, peppers, green peas, tomato, and garlic. Next, add the chicken, chorizo, and seafood until cooked thoroughly for approximately 3-4 minutes. Afterwards, add rice and saffron. Then, add seafood stock and cook on low heat and cover, stirring occasionally for about 15 minutes. Lastly, add additional salt and pepper to your liking, serve, and enjoy!
