Turkey and Stuffing

Make this simple, fresh, and mouthwatering recipe for a satiating meal!

• 5 oz. Leftover sliced and cooked turkey breast
• 4 oz. Leftover stuffing
• 8 oz. Leftover pan gravy
• 1 Thick slice of Texas Toast
• 1 Tbs. Whole butter
• ¼ cup Brussels sprouts shaved or sliced thin and raw
• 2-3 oz. Caesar dressing
• 1-2 oz. Cranberry sauce
• 1 oz. Chives or parsley
• Dash of black ground pepper

Place a non-stick pan on medium heat and add butter. Once the butter is melted, add Texas Toast and cook until golden brown on both sides. Warm gravy in a sauce pan then add turkey slices and bring to a simmer and hold warm to hot. Reheat the stuffing with chicken broth either on the stove or in the microwave, but make sure it’s not too wet. Then, toss Brussels sprouts in Caesar dressing and season with cracked pepper.

First, place Texas Toast on plate and top with a spoon full of stuffing. Next, lay the sliced turkey on top of stuffing and ladle gravy over the turkey (make sure gravy is piping hot). Then, place the shaved Brussel sprouts salad over the turkey and finish with minced chives or parsley. Finally, place dollops of cranberry sauce around the toast. Enjoy your day-after turkey sandwich!
