PINK SUNSET PARTY
For Breast Cancer Awareness month, join The Pink Angels Memorial Foundation for an evening as they host their Annual Touch of Pink Sunset Party at Bahia Mar, Ft. Lauderdale. The Pink Angels Memorial Foundation have been improving the quality of life for women with breast cancer in the community, since 2008. The celebration will honor Dr. Mary Hayes-Macaluso for a lifetime dedication in women’s imaging and radiology, helping breast cancer patients. The ticket price for this event is $175 per person and it will include live music, crafted cocktails, open bar, culinary delights, a light gourmet dinner, and an outstanding silent auction and raffle, all poolside with an ocean view from 6:30pm to 9:30pm. Be chic with a touch of pink!
COCKTAILS WITH A CAUSE
Make a difference by having a cocktail to help a cause! After a five-year hiatus, the Parkinson’s Foundation is jump-starting the social season with a star-studded culinary fundraising event at The Lincoln Eatery in Miami Beach from 7:00pm to 11:00pm. Come to the Parkinson’s Foundation Gala, Night at the Market, for the philanthropic event of the season. Two exemplary women living with Parkinson’s will be honored: Zarela Martinez and Mindy McIlroy. Tickets are priced at $250 per guest. Guests will be able to stroll and indulge in specialty food and drink created by national and local chefs and mixologists. The event will include musical entertainment, an auction, and special VIP offerings!
Be a guest at the 10th Annual Shopping Boutique and Luncheon for Not My Daughter…Find a Cure Now! This Beauty and the Beast themed event will take place at the Marriott Hotel Heron Bay from 10:00am to 2:00pm. Get a standard ticket for $100 or $125 for VIPink (includes a gift). Proceeds will benefit Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, PAP Corps: Champions for Cancer Research, and other cancer research-based organizations, as well as Not My Daughter to help prevent future generations from cancer. On this day, participants of all ages come together to enjoy a day of entertainment filled with extraordinary talent. A couple of this year’s entertainers are Sarah Elizabeth Litzsinger, who is the longest running Belle on Broadway and Burke Moses, who played the original Gaston in Beauty and the Beast! At the event there will be 40 shopping boutique vendors, raffle prizes, and silent and Chinese auctions, all while you enjoy the company of your friends and family!
