Sweep through Weston and its surrounding neighborhoods to discover local events, activities, and entertainment! This month welcome the season with the Fall Harvest Festival, listen to dance-worthy tunes at the Hispanic Heritage Fest, and purchase some art for a good cause!

Sept. 22

The annual Hispanic Heritage Festival at the The Miramar Amphitheater at Regional Park will be a wonderful hip-shaking time where you can dance all night! The full lineup of Hispanic artists will heat up the stage with Proyecto Uno, Jimmy El Leon, El Che Lopez, Circuito 7, Oro Solido and DJ Willy. Delicious food and beverages will be bountiful so you can enjoy the culture through all of your senses!

Sept. 22-23

Art lovers and Autumn lovers can come together for a good cause at the 12th Annual SWFP Fall Arts & Crafts Show. Located at the South West Focal Point Community Center, you can lounge in 53,000 sq. ft. of air conditioned comfort as you appreciate and purchase fine and unique works of art. An “Empty Bowls Pottery Sale,” by the students from the Pottery Studio Program, will be featured as a benefit for the center’s Annual Thanksgiving Food Drive. Lunch and snacks will also be on-site as a closing to a great evening!

Sept. 29

Head to the Bergeron Rodeo Grounds for a day of themed activities that are sure to prep you for the new season! The Fall Harvest Festival will have lots to do for the whole family with inflatable rides, a petting farm, hayrides, storytelling, live entertainment by local performers, and Classic Rock band, The New Shadow Creek.
