Your Contribution Can Help Achieve a Solution

With everyone in the holiday spirit, it’s easy to choose from a variety of events to help your favorite cause—sip on a cocktail, go for a walk, or watch celebrity tennis matches!

Nov 1-30

During the month of November, head over to The Lincoln Eatery located in Miami Beach as they launch the Cocktails with a Cause program. Each month, The Lincoln Eatery will donate 50% of the proceeds of a cocktail to a different cause. This month, donations will help support the Diabetes Research Institute Foundation for the singular goal of finding a biological cure for diabetes. Each specialty cocktail will be served in a tropical-themed coconut souvenir glass that you can take home. The monthly cocktail will be chosen on a rotating basis at the start of each month from the bar’s specialty menu including The Morning After, The Mangopolitan, London Mule, Bourbon Smash, and Fresh Highball! Cheers!

Nov. 2

Put your sneakers on and come out for a walk at the FITTEAM Ballpark in West Palm Beach to join The Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation’s 11th Annual West Palm Beach Take Steps Walk. By doing so, you will be helping support millions of Americans affected by debilitating inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD). All proceeds from the West Palm Beach Take Steps Walk will benefit The Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation, a non-profit, volunteered-fueled organization, to finding the cure for Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis. The walk will start promptly at 11:00 a.m., but be sure to get there earlier so you don’t miss the festival at 10:00 a.m.!

Nov. 22-23

With the cooler weather on your side, come out to watch celebrity tennis matches at the 30th Annual Chris Evert Pro-Celebrity Tennis Classic. The star-studded lineup for this event includes Chris Noth, Carson Kressley, John Lovitz, David Cook, Hélio Castroneves, Shawn Hatosy, Tate Donovan, Jamie McShane, and many more! The event kicks off on the 22nd from 11a.m.-1p.m. at the Boca Raton Resort and Club. Ticket prices range from $20-$900. Then, on the evening of the 23rd at 6p.m., Chrissie invites guests to attend the 30th Annual Pro-Celebrity Gala. This year’s gala will be at the Boca Raton Resort & Club featuring Barry Gibb. The ticket price for the Pro-Celebrity Gala is $750 per seat. Chris Evert continues to raise monies to fund programs through the Ounce of Prevention Fund of Florida and the Drug Abuse Foundation of Palm Beach County. The event is one of South Florida’s longest-running charity events hosted by a former professional athlete.
